Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree to use Welthy^✦ only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time without notice.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription & Payments

Welthy^✦ is offered on a subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be displayed at checkout. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Our subscription prices may change from time to time, and any updated rate will be charged automatically to your payment method on file. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy below or as required by law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period.

Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period.

Introductory Offers or Trials: Refunds are not available for promotional or trial periods unless required by law.

Financial Data & Third-Party Integrations

Our Services may allow you to connect financial accounts (through providers such as Plaid). You authorize us and our partners to access and use your financial data for the purpose of generating reports and insights. We do not store your bank login credentials.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.

Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. While we take measures to secure your data, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk. If we become aware of a data breach that may affect you, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology used in Welthy^✦ are owned by or licensed to WelthTrax Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit our content or technology without prior written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

Disclaimers

Our Services provide financial tracking and insights but do not constitute tax, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for financial decisions you make using our Services. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WelthTrax Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WelthTrax Inc., its officers, employees, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except claims that may be brought in small claims court. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of our Services means you accept the revised Terms.

Use of Messaging

• Welthy will send account service messages via SMS and/or WhatsApp when you opt in.
• You can cancel anytime by texting STOP. We’ll confirm your unsubscribe, and you won’t receive more messages unless you opt in again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message and data rates may apply. You will receive messages as needed based on your account activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
